In issuing a letter to Prime Minister Stephen Harper, The B.C Civil Liberties Association has joined in the chorus of Canadian voices demanding a public investigation into the Canadian government’s conduct in delivering Mr. Benatta to American officials on the evening of September 12, 2001.
