Bakerlaw is saddened to announce the departure of our Managing Partner, Kim Srivastava.

Kim first began her journey with bakerlaw as an articling student. She quickly worked her way to a senior associate position within the firm. Last year, Kim became the newly appointed Managing Partner.

Kim has done great work for the firm and its clients, representing clients at various Tribunals and all levels of Court. Her passion and commitment to her work was admired and appreciated by all. Associates at the firm describe her as a wonderful mentor and colleague who has always strived to bring out the best in everyone.

Kim is leaving bakerlaw to for a position outside of litigation. While Bakerlaw is saddened to see her leave, we know that Kim will continue to make a positive difference for her clients.

Bakerlaw wishes Kim well in the next steps in her career!
