Parents in Quebec are anxious about their province’s back to school plan, which does not require any students to wear masks in class and which only offers a remote learning option to student’s who provide supportive medical documentation. The Ontario Human Rights Commission (OHRC) has filed a motion to address Ontario’s breach of legal obligation to keep prisoners with mental health disabilities out of segregation (link). The motion comes on the heels of Justice David Cole’s report (link) issued in April which concluded that Ontario has not provided adequate support to prisoners with mental health disabilities. » Read the rest
